BABBERZ LLC requires that a user have an Ethereum wallet in order to use the Services. When your Ethereum wallet is used to mint or purchase a BABBERZ NFT, your Ethereum account address is provided to BABBERZ LLC by the third-party platform on which the Ethereum wallet is created.

We do not receive Personal Information from third parties currently.
Personal Information received by BABBERZ LLC in the future from third party websites or applications will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications, including for purposes of providing account linking services or payment services. BABBERZ LLC has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of these websites or applications. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. babberz.com does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
